4. Ø16 mm hole system: how does it work?

Our tables use the Ø16 mm drilling system with a 50 mm center distance. This is the most common standard in France and Europe, compatible with the vast majority of clamping accessories available on the market.

In practice: you insert a stop, a clamp, or a square into the holes, position your part, and clamp it. The 50 mm grid allows you to place your accessories very precisely, regardless of the angle or shape of your part.

This system is universal: accessories purchased from other compatible Ø16 mm suppliers will work perfectly on our tables.

5. Table with rim or plate only?

The plate alone

Ideal if you want to place the top on an existing frame, integrate it into a workbench, or build your own structure. Available as custom laser cut — this is one of our strengths as a manufacturer: we can cut your top to the exact dimensions you need.

The table with a peripheral rim

The 150 mm rims all around significantly reinforce the rigidity of the entire assembly. They also allow accessories to be positioned on the sides, which increases the mounting possibilities. This is our recommendation for stand-alone workshop use.

All our tables are available in two versions:

• Kit version: delivered in disassembled parts for you to assemble with the supplied screws. Cheaper, easier to transport and fit through a workshop door. Assembly usually takes 1 to 2 hours.
• Welded version: fully assembled in our workshop. More rigid, ready to use immediately. Ideal if you don't want to spend time on assembly.

7. Essential accessories for your welding table
