Manufactured in our workshops in Romilly-sur-Seine, in Aube, it is available as a top only or as a complete table, in a kit to be welded or already welded in our workshops.

The 600 × 900 mm welding table is available in four configurations. You can choose to do the welding yourself to manage your budget, or receive an assembly already welded and prepared in our workshops.
You receive all the cut pieces necessary for manufacturing the top: upper surface, 150 mm peripheral edges, and internal reinforcements.
The top is positioned, adjusted, and welded in our workshops. It can then be installed on your own frame, workbench, or base.
You receive the top kit as well as the base, plates, casters, and screws necessary for manufacturing the complete table.
The top and welded components are prepared in our workshops. Upon receipt, only the legs and casters need to be bolted according to the delivered configuration.

The 600 × 900 table uses precisely cut parts and various positioning systems, facilitating the placement of the top and base.
Kit versions are delivered with holding clamps and threaded rods. These allow the elements to be pressed together, to maintain the structure during tacking, and to limit movements related to welding.
The edges and reinforcements are positioned under the top thanks to the cuts, recesses, and marks provided during design.

The supplied templates fit the square tube to center the upper and lower plates of the four legs before tacking and welding.
The top and base can then be tacked and progressively welded, alternating areas to better control thermal deformations.
Controlled flatness: the mounting system allows the different parts to be clamped before welding and to obtain a regular geometry. The final result also depends on following the tacking order, the distribution of welds, and the control of heat input.
Guided assembly doesn't stop at the top. In the complete table kit to be welded version, specially cut templates are also provided to facilitate the positioning of the plates on the four square tube legs, one at each corner of the table.
These templates match the outer shape of the tube to center the plates, keep them aligned with the leg, and simplify their tacking before welding.
A first template allows positioning and centering the upper plate on the square tube. This plate is then used to bolt the leg under the tabletop.
A second template allows positioning the lower plate, located at the other end of the leg and designed to receive the caster.
A kit designed for actual assembly: the templates prevent the customer from having to manually measure and mark the centering of each plate on all four legs.

The different parts are cut on our fiber laser to obtain regular shapes, clean holes, and consistent positioning during assembly.
Pickled steel offers a cleaner surface than heavily scaled black steel and facilitates preparation as well as welding operations.
