The 4A Metal 900 × 1500 mm welding table offers a work surface of 1.35 m², with excellent rigidity while providing sufficient length for most assembly jobs. Its 6 mm S235JR pickled steel top, 150 mm peripheral edge, and Ø16 mm grid with a 50 mm center distance guarantee consistent clamping precision.
Manufactured in our workshops in Romilly-sur-Seine, in the Aube region, it is available as a top only or as a complete table, in a weld-it-yourself kit or already welded in our workshops.

With its 1.5 meters in length and 0.9 meters in width, this table is suitable for both craftsmen and maintenance workshops looking for a comfortable and easy-to-integrate workstation.
The 900 × 1500 mm welding table is available in four configurations. You can choose to do the welding yourself to control your budget, or receive an assembly already welded and prepared in our workshops.
You receive all the cut pieces necessary for the fabrication of the top: top surface, 150 mm peripheral edges, and internal reinforcements.
The top is positioned, adjusted, and welded in our workshops. It can then be installed on your own frame, workbench, or base.
You receive the top as a kit, as well as the base, plates, casters, and hardware necessary for the fabrication of the complete table.
The top and welded elements are prepared in our workshops. Upon receipt, only the legs and casters need to be bolted according to the delivered configuration.

The 900 × 1500 table uses precisely cut parts and various positioning systems facilitating the placement of the top and base.
Kit versions are delivered with holding clamps and threaded rods. These allow the elements to be pressed against each other, maintain the structure during tacking, and limit movement related to welding.
The edges and reinforcements are positioned under the top thanks to the cutouts, housings, and marks provided during design.

The supplied templates fit the square tube to center the upper and lower plates of the six legs before tacking and welding.
The top and base can then be tacked and progressively welded, alternating areas to better control thermal deformations.
Controlled flatness: the assembly system allows the different parts to be pressed together before welding and to obtain a regular geometry. The final result also depends on following the tacking order, the distribution of welds, and the control of heat input.
Guided assembly does not stop at the top. In the complete table as a weld-it-yourself kit version, specially cut templates are also provided to facilitate the positioning of the plates on the six square tube legs.
These templates match the outer shape of the tube to center the plates, hold them in line with the leg, and simplify their tacking before welding.
A first template allows positioning and centering the upper plate on the square tube. This plate is then used to bolt the leg under the table top.
A second template allows positioning the lower plate, located at the other end of the leg and intended to receive the caster.
A kit designed to be truly assembled: the templates save the customer from having to manually measure and mark the centering of each plate on all six legs.

We control the main stages of its manufacture: file preparation, nesting, laser cutting, adjustment, assembly, welding, and inspection of the prepared components.
The different parts are cut with our fiber laser to obtain regular shapes, clean holes, and consistent positioning during assembly.
Pickled steel offers a cleaner surface than heavily scaled black steel, facilitating preparation and welding operations.

The kit top is delivered as parts to be welded. The welded top is assembled in our workshops, without a stand. The complete kit table includes the top, 6 legs, plates, castors, and screws, but requires welding. The complete welded table is prepared in the workshop and only requires the bolted assembly of the elements provided for this purpose.
