Easy assembly

A true kit designed for simple welding

The 900 × 900 table uses precisely cut parts and various positioning systems facilitating the placement of the top and the base.

Kit versions are delivered with holding clamps and threaded rods. These allow the elements to be pressed against each other, maintain the structure during tacking, and limit movement related to welding.

1

Top positioning

The edges and reinforcements are positioned under the top thanks to the cuts, recesses, and marks provided during design.

2

Securing in place

Clamps and threaded rods allow the various parts to be pressed together and maintain a regular assembly during tacking.

3

Assembly of the 4 legs with templates

The supplied templates fit the square tube to center the upper and lower plates of the four legs before tacking and welding.

4

Progressive welding

The top and the base can then be tacked and progressively welded, alternating areas to better control thermal deformations.

Controlled flatness: the mounting system allows the different parts to be pressed before welding and to obtain a regular geometry. The final result also depends on respecting the tacking order, the distribution of welds, and the control of heat input.

A guided base as well

Templates provided for positioning the plates of the 4 legs

The guided assembly doesn't stop at the top. In the complete table kit to be welded version, specially cut templates are also provided to facilitate the positioning of the plates on the four square tube legs, one at each corner of the table.

These templates match the outer shape of the tube to center the plates, keep them aligned with the leg, and simplify tacking before welding.

Template for the upper plate

A first template allows for positioning and centering the upper plate on the square tube. This plate is then used to bolt the leg under the table top.

  • Centered positioning on the tube
  • Plate held in alignment
  • Easier tacking
  • Regular assembly on all four legs

Template for the lower plate

A second template allows for positioning the lower plate, located at the other end of the leg and designed to receive the castor.

  • Centering of the plate for castor
  • Alignment with the square tube
  • Simple tacking before final welding
  • Cleaner and more homogeneous base

A kit designed for actual assembly: the templates prevent the customer from having to manually measure and mark the centering of each plate on all four legs.

Designed for real workshops

Why choose a 900 × 900 mm table?

A perfectly square top facilitates work all around the piece, without any privileged side. With 0.81 m² of surface area, it's the most compact format in the range, ideal for equipping a learning station or a workshop with limited space.

Ideal for craftsmen, independent welders, ironworkers, and maintenance workshops, or for equipping a professional training station.

Access on all four sides

The square format allows you to rotate around the table without having to reposition the workpiece.

Minimal footprint

0.81 m² of usable surface, in a format that fits into the most restricted workshops.

Exceptional stability

The square format and the 150 mm peripheral edge guarantee perfect stability despite its compactness.

An ideal learning station

Suitable for training centers that wish to equip multiple compact stations.

Rigidity is also seen underneath

A top supported by its four corners

The rigidity of the table does not only depend on the thickness of its top. It also relies on its peripheral edge, internal spacers, and the distribution of its base.

On this compact square format, the 900 × 900 mm table rests on four square steel tube legs 60 × 60 mm, one at each corner, which is sufficient to ensure optimal stability without overloading the structure.

  • 6 mm pickled steel top
  • 150 mm peripheral edge
  • Internal spacers under the work surface
  • 4 legs distributed at the four corners of the table
  • Square steel tube 60 × 60 mm, 3 mm thick

The source document mentioned "50×50 mm, 2 to 3 mm thick" legs, without specifying the number of legs. On this compact square format, 4 legs — one at each corner — is the most coherent solution, as for the 1200 × 1200 and 900 × 1200 models. To be confirmed with the workshop before publication.

Finish Raw pickled steel, unpainted

Raw steel may show differences in shade, handling marks, superficial marks, or natural signs of oxidation. These characteristics are inherent to a raw metallic product intended for workshop use.

Clamping system

Ø16 mm holes and 50 mm center distance

The upper surface and peripheral edges are perforated with 16 mm diameter holes, distributed at a regular 50 mm center distance.

This network allows the use of various clamping accessories and multiplies positioning points across the entire table.

Positioning parts

The regular grid allows for placing stops, squares, and accessories at different points on the table.

Securing before welding

Clamps, presses, and Ø16 mm pins allow for holding elements during inspection, tacking, and assembly.

Clamping on the side faces

The 150 mm perforated peripheral edge also allows working on all four sides of the table.

Creating repetitive setups

The repetition of holes facilitates the creation of jigs, reproducible positions, and small series production.

Rigidity and versatility

A 150 mm peripheral edge

The peripheral edge forms a continuous belt on all four sides of the table. It contributes to the overall rigidity of the tabletop and complements the internal structure.

Its 150 mm height also provides a side surface for clamping parts vertically or directly against the table edge.

  • Enhanced rigidity on all four sides
  • Clamping possible on the side faces
  • Positioning of vertical parts
  • Holding at the edge of the work surface
  • Design suitable for intensive use

The complete welded table is prepared in the workshop and only requires the bolted assembly of the elements provided for this purpose.

What is the total surface area of the top?

The top measures 900 × 900 mm, for a total working surface of 0.81 m².

Is the top really 6 mm thick?

Yes. The top is made of 6 mm thick pickled steel S235JR.

What is the diameter of the holes?

The holes have a diameter of 16 mm and are spaced regularly at 50 mm intervals.

What clamping accessories can be used?

The table is designed to accommodate accessories compatible with the Ø16 mm system: clamps, stops, squares, presses, pins, and other positioning elements. Check the exact dimensions of the accessories before purchase.

How to correctly position the plates on the 4 legs?

The complete table kit is delivered with specially cut positioning templates to fit the square tube of the legs. A first template centers the upper plate, intended to be bolted under the top. A second centers the lower plate, intended to receive the caster.

Why does this table have 4 legs?

On a compact square format of 900 × 900 mm, one leg at each corner is sufficient to ensure good support distribution. Longer models in the range (1800, 2100 or 2400 mm) use 6 legs to compensate for their greater length.

Why a 150 mm edge?

The 150 mm peripheral edge contributes to the rigidity of the structure and also allows parts to be clamped on the side faces.

Can the table be fitted with casters?

Yes. Ø155 mm industrial casters with double brakes are offered depending on the chosen configuration. Given the weight of the table, handling should always be done with caution.

Is the table delivered painted?
