The 900 × 900 mm 4A Metal welding table offers a work surface of 0.81 m², the most compact format in the range. Its square format provides exceptional stability, ideal for welding, mounting, and mechanical assembly. Its 6 mm S235JR pickled steel top, 150 mm peripheral edge, and Ø16 mm grid with a 50 mm center distance withstand tacking, clamping, and welding operations without flexing.
Manufactured in our workshops in Romilly-sur-Seine, in the Aube region, it is available as a top only or as a complete table, in a kit to be welded or already welded in our workshops.
A square format designed for full access.
With 0.9 meters on each side, this table allows free movement around the workpiece and can be integrated into restricted workshops, garages, or training stations.
The 900 × 900 mm welding table is available in four configurations. You can choose to do the welding yourself to control your budget, or receive a pre-welded and prepared assembly from our workshops.
You receive all the cut pieces necessary for the manufacture of the top: upper surface, 150 mm peripheral edges, and internal reinforcements.
The top is positioned, adjusted, and welded in our workshops. It can then be installed on your own frame, workbench, or base.
You receive the top in kit form as well as the base, plates, castors, and hardware necessary for the manufacture of the complete table.
The top and welded elements are prepared in our workshops. Upon receipt, only the legs and castors need to be bolted according to the delivered configuration.

The 900 × 900 table uses precisely cut parts and various positioning systems facilitating the placement of the top and the base.
Kit versions are delivered with holding clamps and threaded rods. These allow the elements to be pressed against each other, maintain the structure during tacking, and limit movement related to welding.
The edges and reinforcements are positioned under the top thanks to the cuts, recesses, and marks provided during design.
Clamps and threaded rods allow the various parts to be pressed together and maintain a regular assembly during tacking.
The supplied templates fit the square tube to center the upper and lower plates of the four legs before tacking and welding.
The top and the base can then be tacked and progressively welded, alternating areas to better control thermal deformations.
Controlled flatness: the mounting system allows the different parts to be pressed before welding and to obtain a regular geometry. The final result also depends on respecting the tacking order, the distribution of welds, and the control of heat input.
The guided assembly doesn't stop at the top. In the complete table kit to be welded version, specially cut templates are also provided to facilitate the positioning of the plates on the four square tube legs, one at each corner of the table.
These templates match the outer shape of the tube to center the plates, keep them aligned with the leg, and simplify tacking before welding.
A first template allows for positioning and centering the upper plate on the square tube. This plate is then used to bolt the leg under the table top.
A second template allows for positioning the lower plate, located at the other end of the leg and designed to receive the castor.
A kit designed for actual assembly: the templates prevent the customer from having to manually measure and mark the centering of each plate on all four legs.

We master the main steps of its manufacturing: file preparation, nesting, laser cutting, adjustment, assembly, welding, and quality control of the prepared elements.
The various parts are cut on our fiber laser to obtain regular shapes, clean holes, and consistent positioning during assembly.
Pickled steel offers a cleaner surface than heavily scaled black steel and facilitates preparation as well as welding operations.

The complete table kit includes the top, 4 legs, plates, casters, and hardware, but requires welding. The complete welded table is prepared in the workshop and only requires the bolted assembly of the elements provided for this purpose.
