Easy assembly
A true kit designed for methodical welding
A kit table is only useful if the parts can be positioned correctly before welding. The 1200 × 2400 mm table uses precisely cut parts and various positioning systems, facilitating the placement of the top, edges, reinforcements, and base.
The kit versions come with holding clamps and threaded rods. They allow the elements to be held firmly, maintaining the structure during tack welding and limiting movement due to welding.
1
Top positioning
The edges and reinforcements are positioned under the top thanks to the cuts, recesses, and marks provided during design.
2
Holding in place
Clamps and threaded rods allow the various parts to be held together and maintain a consistent assembly during tack welding.
3
Leg assembly with templates
The provided templates fit the square tubes to center the upper and lower plates before tack welding and final welding.
4
Progressive welding
The top and base can then be tack welded and then progressively welded, alternating zones to better control thermal deformations.
Controlled flatness: the assembly system allows the various parts to be held firmly before welding and to obtain a regular geometry. Given the 1200 × 2400 mm format, assembly must be carried out on a suitable, stable, and sufficiently flat support.
A guided base as well
Templates provided for positioning leg plates
In the complete table kit for welding version, specially cut templates are provided to facilitate the positioning of the plates on the six square tube legs.
These templates match the outer shape of the tube to center the plates, keep them aligned with the leg, and simplify their tack welding before final welding.
Template for the upper plate
A first template allows positioning and centering the upper plate on the square tube. This plate is then used to bolt the leg under the table top.
Centered positioning on the tube
Plate alignment with the axis
Simplified tack welding
Consistent assembly of all six legs
Template for the lower plate
A second template allows positioning the lower plate, located at the other end of the leg and intended to receive the caster.
Caster plate centering
Alignment with the square tube
Simple tack welding before final welding
Cleaner and more uniform base
A kit designed to be truly assembled: the templates eliminate the need to manually measure and mark the centering of each plate. They allow for reproducing the same positioning on all six legs.
A surface designed for large parts
Why choose a 1200 × 2400 mm welding table?
When a workshop produces gates, frames, railings, mechanically welded structures, or large-dimension furniture, the available surface quickly becomes crucial.
The 1200 × 2400 mm format helps limit cantilevers, multiply clamping points, and keep more parts directly on the working surface.
Long-length assemblies
The 2400 mm length provides a suitable base for frames, chassis, gates, tubular structures, and metal assemblies requiring multiple holding points.
1200 mm working width
The significant width facilitates work on bulky assemblies, wide frames, and parts requiring access from multiple sides.
Fewer repositionings
A larger surface allows more elements to remain on the table, reducing movement during adjustment, tack welding, and inspection.
Central workshop station
This table can become the primary workstation in an ironworking, boilermaking, or mechanical welding workshop.
Rigidity is also visible underneath
A structure adapted to the extra-large format
The quality of a welding table is not limited to the number of visible holes on the top. It also depends on how the working surface is supported and stiffened underneath.
The 1200 × 2400 mm table features a reinforced internal structure and rests on six 60 × 60 mm square steel tube legs, distributed along the length to support the top and improve the overall stability of the assembly.

Finish
Raw pickled steel, unpainted
Raw steel may show variations in shade, handling marks, superficial marks, or natural oxidation initiation. These characteristics are inherent to a raw metal product intended for workshop use.
Clamping system
Ø16 mm holes and 50 mm center distance
The top surface and peripheral edges are perforated with 16 mm diameter holes, distributed at a regular 50 mm center distance.
This grid allows the use of various clamping accessories and multiplies positioning points across the entire table.
Positioning large parts
The regular grid allows stops, squares, and accessories to be placed at different locations along the 2.4 meters of length.
Holding before welding
Clamps, presses, and Ø16 mm pins allow elements to be held during inspection, tack welding, and assembly.
Clamping on the side faces
The 150 mm perforated peripheral edge also allows working on all four sides of the table.
Creating repetitive setups
The repetition of holes facilitates the creation of jigs, reproducible positions, and small series.
Rigidity and versatility
A 150 mm peripheral edge
The peripheral edge forms a continuous belt on all four sides of the table. It contributes to the overall rigidity of the top and completes the internal structure.
Its 150 mm height also provides a lateral surface for clamping parts vertically or directly against the table edge.
Enhanced rigidity on all four sides
Clamping possible on the lateral faces
Positioning of vertical parts
Holding at the edge of the work surface
Design adapted for bulky assemblies
