Easy assembly
A real kit designed for simple welding
The 900 × 1800 table uses precisely cut parts and various positioning systems facilitating the placement of the top and base.
Kit versions are delivered with holding clamps and threaded rods. They allow the elements to be pressed against each other, maintain the structure during tacking, and limit movement due to welding.

Top positioning
A guided base as well
Templates provided for positioning the 6 leg plates
Guided assembly doesn't stop at the top. In the complete table as a welding kit version, specially cut templates are also provided to facilitate the positioning of the plates on the six square tube legs.
These templates conform to the outer shape of the tube to center the plates, keep them aligned with the leg, and simplify tacking before welding.
Template for the upper plate
A first template allows positioning and centering the upper plate on the square tube. This plate is then used to bolt the leg under the table top.
Centered positioning on the tube
Plate held in alignment
Simplified tacking
Consistent assembly on all six legs
Template for the lower plate
A second template allows positioning the lower plate, located at the other end of the leg and intended to receive the caster.
Centering of the caster plate
Alignment with the square tube
Simple tacking before final welding
Cleaner and more homogeneous base
A kit designed for actual assembly: the templates save the customer from having to manually measure and mark the centering of each plate on all six legs.
Designed for real workshops
Why choose a 900 × 1800 mm table?
With its large top and rigid structure, this format is built to withstand intensive welding, frame and structure assembly, grinding and heavy clamping, as well as ironwork and welded-assembly tasks.
The 150 mm peripheral edge guarantees perfect flatness, even under heavy load.
Useful length of 1800 mm
A comfortable base for common to large frames, structures, and assemblies.
Width of 900 mm
A width that facilitates access to parts without greatly increasing the floor footprint.
A balanced format
Neither too large nor too compact: this format suits most professional workshops.
A versatile workstation
Suitable for both common assemblies and more demanding welded-assembly projects.
Rigidity also shows underneath
A top supported over its entire surface
The rigidity of the table does not only depend on the thickness of its top. It also relies on its peripheral edge, internal spacers, and the distribution of its base.
The 900 × 1800 mm table rests on six 60 × 60 mm square steel tube legs, distributed under the structure to support the top and improve overall stability.
6 mm pickled steel top

Finish
Raw pickled steel, unpainted
Raw steel may show variations in shade, handling marks, superficial marks, or natural oxidation. These characteristics are inherent to a raw metal product intended for workshop use.
Clamping system
Ø16 mm holes and 50 mm spacing
The upper surface and peripheral edges are perforated with 16 mm diameter holes, distributed at a regular 50 mm spacing.
This grid allows the use of various clamping accessories and multiplies the positioning points across the entire table.
Positioning parts
The regular grid allows stops, squares, and accessories to be placed at different locations on the table.
Holding before welding
Clamps, presses, and Ø16 mm pins hold the elements during inspection, tacking, and assembly.
Clamping on side faces
The 150 mm perforated peripheral edge also allows working on all four sides of the table.
Creating repetitive setups
The repetition of holes facilitates the creation of templates, reproducible positions, and small series production.
Rigidity and versatility
A 150 mm peripheral edge
The peripheral edge forms a continuous band on all four sides of the table. It contributes to the overall rigidity of the top and complements the internal structure.
Its 150 mm height also provides a lateral surface for clamping parts vertically or directly against the table edge.
Enhanced rigidity on all four sides
Clamping possible on side faces
Positioning of vertical parts
Retention at the edge of the work surface
Design adapted for intensive use
Designed for real workshops

A table designed and manufactured in France
The 900 × 1800 mm welding table is developed and manufactured by 4A Métal in our workshops in Romilly-sur-Seine, in Aube.
We master the main stages of its manufacture: file preparation, nesting, laser cutting, adjustment, assembly, welding, and control of prepared elements.
Precise laser cutting
The different parts are cut on our fiber laser to obtain regular shapes, clean holes, and consistent positioning during assembly.
Pickled steel S235JR
Pickled steel offers a cleaner surface than heavily scaled black steel and facilitates preparation as well as welding operations.
Controlled design
The position of the holes, reinforcements, legs, plates, and mounting systems is defined in our own manufacturing files.
Direct workshop sale
You purchase your table directly from the French company that designs, cuts, and manufactures it.
