Manufactured in our workshops in Romilly-sur-Seine, Aube, it is available as a top only or as a complete table, in a welding kit or already welded in our workshops.

The 600 × 1200 mm welding table is available in four configurations. You can choose to do the welding yourself to manage your budget, or receive a complete assembly already welded and prepared in our workshops.
You receive all the cut parts necessary for manufacturing the top: upper surface, 150 mm peripheral edges, and internal reinforcements.
The top is positioned, adjusted, and welded in our workshops. It can then be installed on your own frame, workbench, or base.
You receive the top as a kit, as well as the base, plates, casters, and screws necessary for manufacturing the complete table.
The top and welded elements are prepared in our workshops. Upon receipt, only the legs and casters need to be bolted according to the delivered configuration.

The 600 × 1200 table uses precisely cut parts and various positioning systems that facilitate the placement of the top and base.
Kit versions are delivered with holding clamps and threaded rods. These allow the elements to be pressed against each other, maintain the structure during tacking, and limit movement related to welding.
The edges and reinforcements are positioned under the top thanks to the cuts, slots, and marks provided during design.
Clamps and threaded rods allow the various parts to be pressed together and maintain a consistent assembly during tacking.
The provided templates fit the square tube to center the upper and lower plates of the four legs before tacking and welding them.
The top and base can then be tacked and progressively welded, alternating zones to better control thermal deformations.
Controlled flatness: the assembly system allows the various parts to be clamped before welding to achieve a regular geometry. The final result also depends on respecting the tacking order, the distribution of welds, and the control of heat input.
Guided assembly doesn't stop at the top. In the complete table as a welding kit version, specially cut templates are also provided to facilitate the positioning of the plates on the four square tube legs, one at each corner of the table.
These templates match the outer shape of the tube to center the plates, keep them aligned with the leg, and simplify their tacking before welding.
A first template allows positioning and centering the upper plate on the square tube. This plate is then used to bolt the leg under the table top.
A second template allows positioning the lower plate, located at the other end of the leg and intended to receive the caster.
A kit designed to be truly assembled: the templates prevent the customer from having to manually measure and mark the centering of each plate on all four legs.

The different parts are cut on our fiber laser to obtain regular shapes, clean holes, and consistent positioning during assembly.
Pickled steel offers a cleaner surface than heavily scaled black steel and facilitates preparation as well as welding operations.
