Cut — easy folding
Dashed micro-cuts
Small, discontinuous laser micro-cuts define the fold line and reduce the effort required. Depending on the part and the angle, folding can be done by hand, on the edge of a workbench, with pliers, or using a vise. No press brake needed.
The DASHED lines guide the fold precisely and reduce the necessary effort. The final angle remains under the user's control.
Cut + pre-folded by 4A Metal
We cut and form the parts in our workshop. You receive the elements already folded but still unassembled: assembly and welding remain your responsibility.

Important — precision & assembly
Fold marks (engraved or DASHED, depending on the chosen option) are indicated on the provided plan. A clamp may be useful to hold certain pieces during assembly.
Positioning, tacking, welding, and finishing allow you to achieve the final geometry of the sculpture.

Important — Folding tolerances
Folds are made at an approximate angle to allow for adjustments during assembly. Final adjustment may be necessary for a perfect result.
Since every workshop has its own tolerances, these adjustments allow for the final geometry to be achieved.
