Dashed micro-cuts
Small, discontinuous laser micro-cuts define the bend line and reduce the required effort. Depending on the piece and the angle, bending can often be done by hand, on the edge of a workbench, using bending pliers, or with a vise. No need for a press brake.
The DASHED lines precisely guide the bend and reduce the force required. The final angle remains under the user's control.
We cut and form the pieces in our workshop. You receive the elements already bent, but still unassembled: assembly and welding remain your responsibility.
