The folds are made approximately to the angle. A final adjustment may be necessary during assembly.

Cut — facilitated folding
Dashed micro-cuts (DASHED)
Small dashed laser micro-cuts define the fold line and reduce the required effort. Depending on the part and the angle, the folding can notably be done by hand, on the edge of a workbench, with bending pliers, or using a vice. No press brake needed.
The DASHED lines guide the fold line precisely and reduce the effort required. The final angle remains user-controlled.
Cut + pre-folded by 4A Metal
We cut and form the parts in our workshop. You receive the elements already folded but still unassembled: assembly and welding remain your responsibility.

Important — precision & assembly
The fold markers (engraved or DASHED depending on the chosen option) are indicated on the provided plan. A clamp may be useful to hold certain parts during assembly.
Positioning, tack welding, welding, and finishing allow you to achieve the final geometry of the sculpture.
