Cut — easy folding
DASHED micro-cuts
Small, discontinuous laser micro-cuts define the fold line and reduce the required effort. Depending on the part and angle, folding can be done by hand, over the edge of a workbench, with bending pliers, or using a vise. No press brake needed.
The DASHED line guides the fold precisely and reduces the effort required. The final angle remains user-controlled.
Cut + pre-folded by 4A Metal
We cut and form the parts in our workshop. You receive the elements already folded, but still unassembled: you are responsible for assembly and welding.

Important — precision & assembly
The fold marks (engraved or DASHED depending on the chosen option) are indicated on the provided plan. A clamp may be useful to hold certain pieces during assembly.
Positioning, tacking, welding, and finishing will result in the final geometry of the sculpture.
