1 Economy option

Cut — engraved lines

Laser-cut parts with engraved fold marks. You perform the folding yourself using your preferred method and equipment.

2 New 4A Metal method

Cut — easy folding

Dashed micro-cuts

Small, discontinuous laser micro-cuts define the fold line and reduce the necessary effort. Depending on the part and the angle, folding can notably be performed by hand, on the edge of a workbench, with bending pliers, or using a vice. No need for a press brake.

The DASHED lines guide the fold precisely and reduce the effort required. The final angle remains user-controlled.

3 Time-saver

Cut + pre-folded by 4A Metal

We cut and form the parts in our workshop. You receive the components pre-folded, but still unassembled: assembly and welding remain your responsibility.
