Easy assembly
A true kit designed for simple welding
The 1200 × 1500 table uses precisely cut parts and various positioning systems that facilitate the placement of the top and base.
Kit versions are delivered with holding clamps and threaded rods. These allow the elements to be pressed against each other, maintain the structure during tacking, and limit movement related to welding.
1
Top positioning
The edges and reinforcements are positioned under the top thanks to the cutouts, recesses, and marks provided during design.
2
Holding in place
Clamps and threaded rods allow the different parts to be pressed together and maintain a consistent assembly during tacking.
3
Assembly of the 6 legs with jigs
The supplied jigs fit the square tube to center the top and bottom plates of the six legs before tacking and welding them.
4
Progressive welding
The top and base can then be tacked and progressively welded, alternating areas to better control thermal deformations.
Controlled flatness: the assembly system allows the different parts to be pressed together before welding and to obtain a regular geometry. The final result also depends on respecting the tacking order, the distribution of welds, and the control of heat input.
Also guided base
Jigs supplied to position the plates of the 6 legs
Guided assembly does not stop at the top. In the complete table as a welding kit version, specially cut jigs are also provided to facilitate the positioning of the plates on the six square tube legs.
These jigs fit the outer shape of the tube to center the plates, keep them aligned with the leg, and simplify tacking before welding.
Jig for the top plate
A first jig allows the top plate to be positioned and centered on the square tube. This plate is then used to bolt the leg under the table top.
Centered positioning on the tube
Plate held in axis
Simplified tacking
Consistent assembly on all six legs
Jig for the bottom plate
A second jig allows the bottom plate to be positioned, located at the other end of the leg and intended to receive the caster.
Plate centering for caster
Alignment with the square tube
Simple tacking before final welding
Cleaner and more uniform base
A kit designed for actual assembly: the jigs prevent the customer from having to manually measure and trace the centering of each plate, on all six legs.
A wide and compact format
Why choose a 1200 × 1500 mm table?
With a width of 1200 mm close to its length of 1500 mm, this format is almost square. It facilitates access to different faces of a part and is well suited for assemblies that require turning around the table.
It offers a surface area of 1.8 m², sufficient for most common tasks while remaining compact on the floor.
Generous width of 1200 mm
A width that facilitates work on voluminous assemblies and access to multiple sides of the part.
Length of 1500 mm
A comfortable base for frames, structures, and small assemblies without exceeding the common needs of a workshop.
A nearly square format
This proportion facilitates rotation around the table and access to all four sides of a part.
Reasonable footprint
A format that easily integrates into a medium-sized workshop without sacrificing workspace.
Rigidity is also visible underneath
A top supported over its entire surface
The rigidity of the table does not depend solely on the thickness of its top. It also relies on its peripheral edge, internal spacers, and the distribution of its base.
The 1200 × 1500 mm table rests on six square steel tube legs 60 × 60 mm, distributed under the structure to support the top and improve overall stability.
6 mm pickled steel top
150 mm peripheral edge
Internal spacers under the work surface
6 legs distributed under the table
Square steel tube 60 × 60 mm, 3 mm thick
Exact number of longitudinal and transverse reinforcements to be confirmed before publication — same remark as on previous datasheets.

Finish
Raw pickled steel, unpainted
Raw steel may show differences in shade, handling marks, superficial marks, or natural oxidation beginnings. These characteristics are inherent to a raw metal product intended for workshop use.
Clamping system
Ø16 mm holes and 50 mm center distance
The top surface and peripheral edges are perforated with 16 mm diameter holes, spaced at a regular 50 mm center distance.
This network allows the use of different clamping accessories and multiplies positioning points across the entire table.
Positioning parts
The regular grid allows stops, squares, and accessories to be placed at different points on the table.
Holding before welding
Clamps, presses, and Ø16 mm pins allow elements to be held during inspection, tacking, and assembly.
Clamping on side faces
The perforated 150 mm peripheral edge also allows work on all four sides of the table.
Creating repetitive fixtures
The repetition of holes facilitates the creation of jigs, reproducible positions, and small series.
Rigidity and versatility
A 150 mm peripheral edge
The peripheral edge forms a continuous belt on all four sides of the table. It contributes to the overall rigidity of the top and complements the internal structure.
Its 150 mm height also offers a lateral surface allowing parts to be clamped vertically or directly against the edge of the table.
Enhanced rigidity on all four sides
Clamping possible on the side faces
Positioning of vertical parts
Holding at the edge of the work surface
Design suitable for intensive use
Designed for real workshops
