Easy assembly
A true kit designed for simple welding
The 1200 × 1800 table uses precisely cut parts and various positioning systems facilitating the placement of the top and the base.
The kit versions are delivered with holding clamps and threaded rods. They allow the elements to be pressed against each other, maintain the structure during tack welding, and limit movements related to welding.
1
Top positioning
The edges and reinforcements are positioned under the top thanks to the cutouts, recesses, and marks provided during design.
2
Securing in place
Clamps and threaded rods allow the different parts to be pressed together and maintain a regular assembly during tack welding.
3
Assembly of the 6 legs with templates
The provided templates fit the square tube to center the upper and lower plates of the six legs before tack welding and welding.
4
Progressive welding
The top and base can then be tack welded and progressively welded, alternating zones to better control thermal distortions.
Controlled flatness: the assembly system allows the different parts to be pressed before welding and to obtain a regular geometry. The final result also depends on respecting the tack welding order, the distribution of welds, and the control of heat input.
Guided leg assembly
Templates provided to position the plates of the 6 legs
Guided assembly doesn't stop at the top. In the complete table kit to weld version, specially cut templates are also provided to facilitate the positioning of the plates on the six square tube legs.
These templates match the outer shape of the tube to center the plates, hold them in the axis of the leg, and simplify tack welding before welding.
Template for the upper plate
A first template allows positioning and centering the upper plate on the square tube. This plate is then used to bolt the leg under the table top.
Centered positioning on the tube
Holding the plate in alignment
Simplified tack welding
Regular assembly on all six legs
Template for the lower plate
A second template allows positioning the lower plate, located at the other end of the leg and intended to receive the caster.
Centering of the caster plate
Alignment with the square tube
Simple tack welding before final welding
Cleaner and more uniform base
A kit designed for actual assembly: the templates save the customer from having to manually measure and trace the centering of each plate, on all six legs.
An excellent compromise

Finish
Raw pickled steel, unpainted
Raw steel may show variations in shade, handling marks, superficial marks, or natural oxidation beginnings. These characteristics are inherent to a raw metallic product intended for workshop use.
Clamping system
Ø16 mm holes and 50 mm spacing
The upper surface and peripheral edges are perforated with 16 mm diameter holes, distributed with a regular 50 mm spacing.
This grid allows the use of various clamping accessories and multiplies positioning points across the entire table.
Positioning pieces
The regular grid allows stops, squares, and accessories to be placed at different locations on the table.
Holding before welding
Clamps, presses, and Ø16 mm pins allow elements to be held during inspection, tack welding, and assembly.
Clamping on the side faces
The 150 mm perforated peripheral edge also allows working on all four sides of the table.
Connecting multiple tables
Several tables can be brought closer and connected using suitable clamping systems to temporarily increase the working surface.
Rigidity and versatility
A 150 mm peripheral edge
The peripheral edge forms a continuous band on all four sides of the table. It contributes to the overall rigidity of the tabletop and complements the internal structure.
Its height of 150 mm also provides a side surface for clamping parts vertically or directly against the edge of the table.
Enhanced rigidity on all four sides
Clamping possible on the side faces
