4A Métal Welding Table – 1200 × 2100 mm
The visuals represent a 1200 mm deep table. The product delivered depends on the selected configuration.
🇫🇷 Made in France🦾 6 mm S235JR pickled steel🔩 Ø16 mm holes📏 50 mm center distance📐 150 mm edge🛠️ 4 configurations
A large professional welding table, designed for assembling frames, metal structures, gates, railings, large-format furniture, and demanding welded assembly projects.
The 1200 × 2100 mm 4A Métal welding table offers an extended work surface of 2.52 m², perfectly suited for long, wide, or bulky parts. Its 6 mm pickled S235JR steel top, its 150 mm peripheral edge, and its Ø16 mm hole grid with a 50 mm center distance allow for efficient positioning, clamping, and assembly of many types of creations.
Designed and manufactured in our workshops in Romilly-sur-Seine, in the Aube region, it is aimed at boilermakers, ironworkers, locksmiths, welded assembly companies, training centers, and professionals looking for a true central workshop station. It is available as a top only or as a complete table, in a weld-it-yourself kit or already welded in our workshops.
An excellent compromise between width, length, and footprint. With its 2.1 meters in length and 1.2 meters in width, this table offers a particularly comfortable surface without reaching the footprint of the 1200 × 2400 mm model.

Easy assembly
A true kit designed for simple welding
On a 2.1-meter long top, the positioning of parts before welding requires more precision than on a small format. This is why the 1200 × 2100 table uses precisely cut parts and various positioning systems that facilitate the placement of the top and the base.
Kit versions are delivered with holding clamps and threaded rods. They allow the elements to be pressed against each other, to hold the structure during tack welding, and to limit movements related to welding.
1
Top positioning
The edges and reinforcements are positioned under the top thanks to the cuts, recesses, and marks provided during design.
2
Clamping
The clamps and threaded rods allow the different parts to be pressed together and maintain a regular assembly along the entire length during tack welding.
3
Mounting the 6 legs with templates
The provided templates fit the square tube to center the upper and lower plates of the six legs before tack welding and final welding.
4
Progressive welding
The top and the base can then be tack welded and then progressively welded, alternating zones to better control thermal deformations.
Controlled flatness: the assembly system allows the different parts to be pressed before welding and to obtain a regular geometry. The final result also depends on respecting the tack welding order, the distribution of welds along the entire length, and the control of heat input.
A guided base also
Templates provided to position the plates of the 6 legs
Guided assembly does not stop at the top. In the complete table kit for welding version, specially cut templates are also provided to facilitate the positioning of the plates on the six square tube legs.
These templates match the outer shape of the tube to center the plates, hold them in the axis of the leg, and simplify their tack welding before final welding.
Template for the upper plate
A first template allows positioning and centering the upper plate on the square tube. This plate is then used to bolt the leg under the table top.
Centered positioning on the tube
Holding the plate in alignment
Facilitated tack welding
Regular assembly on all six legs
Template for the lower plate
A second template allows positioning the lower plate, located at the other end of the leg and intended to receive the caster.
Centering of the caster plate
Alignment with the square tube
Simple tack welding before final welding
Cleaner and more homogeneous base
A kit designed to be truly assembled: the templates prevent the customer from having to manually measure and trace the centering of each plate, on all six legs.
A large work surface
Why choose a 1200 × 2100 mm welding table?
The 1200 × 2100 mm format is for workshops that need a large clamping surface while maintaining a slightly smaller footprint than a 2400 mm long table.
It offers enough space to assemble frames, chassis, gates, railings, jigs, and metal structures without excessive cantilevering or repositioning.
2100 mm usable length
The 2.1 meters of length provide a comfortable base for working on tubes, profiles, frames, railings, and long structures.
Generous 1200 mm width
The width allows accommodating bulky assemblies, working on multiple areas, and more easily accessing different sides of the part.
Fewer repositionings
The large surface allows more elements to be kept directly on the table during adjustment, tack welding, and inspection.
A central workshop station
This format is suitable for daily use as a primary table in a professional workshop.
Rigidity is also visible underneath
A top supported along its entire length
The rigidity of a large welding table does not only depend on the thickness of its top. It also relies on its peripheral edge, internal spacers, and the distribution of its base.
The 1200 × 2100 mm table rests on six 60 × 60 mm square steel tube legs, distributed under the structure to support the top and improve the overall stability.

Finish
Raw pickled steel, unpainted
Raw steel may show variations in color, handling marks, superficial marks, or natural signs of oxidation. These characteristics are inherent to a raw metal product intended for workshop use.
Clamping system
Ø16 mm holes and 50 mm center distance
The upper surface and peripheral edges are perforated with 16 mm diameter holes, spaced at a regular 50 mm center distance.
This grid allows the use of various clamping accessories and multiplies the positioning points along the entire length and width of the table.
Position large parts
The regular grid allows stops, squares, and accessories to be placed at different locations along the 2100 mm length.
Hold before welding
Clamps, presses, and Ø16 mm pins allow elements to be held during inspection, tack welding, and assembly.
Clamp on the side faces
The perforated 150 mm peripheral edge also allows working on all four sides of the table.
Create repetitive setups
The repetition of holes facilitates the creation of jigs, reproducible positions, and small series.
Rigidity and versatility
A 150 mm peripheral rim
The peripheral rim forms a continuous belt on all four sides of the table. It contributes to the overall rigidity of the top and complements the internal structure.
Its height of 150 mm also provides a lateral surface allowing parts to be clamped vertically or directly against the edge of the table.
Enhanced rigidity on all four sides
Clamping possible on the lateral faces
Positioning of vertical parts
Holding at the edge of the work surface
