Cut — engraved lines
Laser-cut parts with engraved bending marks. You perform the bending yourself using your own method and equipment.
Majestic and graphic.
Design by Natalia Pogudina
This 1.5 mm raw steel low poly deer head is a geometric wall sculpture delivered as an assembly and welding kit. Inspired by the grace of the deer and the contemporary aesthetic of polygonal design, this piece creates a spectacular focal point for a modern interior, workshop, showroom, or professional space. The angular facets reflect the light and highlight the raw texture of the steel.
Order of dimensions to be confirmed with the workshop (assumed width/height/depth).
For this model, your order includes:
Depending on the model, our manufacturing guides may also include: part placement, detailed bending guide, assembly guide, or interactive 3D .PDO view.
A .PDO 3D file, when provided, can be opened with PaperMaker to rotate the model, view it from every angle, and better understand the position of the various parts during assembly. More information: papercraft-maker.com

Dashed micro-cuts
Small dashed laser micro-cuts define the bending line and reduce the necessary effort. Depending on the part and angle, bending can be done by hand, on the edge of a workbench, with bending pliers, or using a vise. No press brake needed.
The DASHED system precisely guides the bending line and reduces the effort required. The final angle remains user-controlled.
We cut and form the parts in our workshop. You receive the elements already bent but still unassembled: assembly and welding remain your responsibility.

Bending marks (engraved or DASHED depending on the chosen option) are indicated on the provided plan. A clamp may be useful to hold certain parts during assembly.
Positioning, tack welding, final welding, and finishing are what achieve the final geometry of the sculpture.
Each facet of the sculpture creates a unique interplay of light that enhances the artistic and architectural aspect of the piece.
We sell the laser-cut sheet metal unassembled to significantly reduce transport costs, enable custom projects, and offer a much more affordable price than an assembled sculpture.
Two material options are available: raw steel, with total freedom for finishing, or Corten steel, which naturally develops its protective rust patina without treatment.
The kit allows welders, metalworkers, artists, experienced DIYers, and decoration companies to create a monumental sculpture at a lower cost.

Low Poly is a sculpture style based on faceted geometric surfaces. Each facet reflects light differently and creates a modern graphic rendering. This style is particularly suited to metal because it highlights the precision of laser cutting, the clean lines of assemblies, and the raw, industrial look of steel.
