Cut — easy-fold
Dashed micro-cuts
Small dashed laser micro-cuts define the fold line and reduce the required effort. Depending on the part and angle, bending can be done by hand, over the edge of a workbench, with bending pliers, or using a vice. No need for a press brake.
The DASHED method precisely guides the fold line and reduces the effort required. The final angle remains user-controlled.
Cut + pre-folded by 4A Metal
We cut and form the parts in our workshop. You receive the components already folded, but still unassembled: assembly and welding remain your responsibility.

Fold marks (engraved or DASHED depending on the chosen option) are indicated on the provided plan. A clamp may be useful to hold certain pieces during assembly.
