This 1.5 mm raw steel low poly elk head is a contemporary wall sculpture delivered as an assembly and welding kit. An imposing model, ideal for a designer interior, a modern chalet, a showroom, or a high-end decorative project.

Cut — simplified bending
DASHED micro-cuts
Small, discontinuous laser micro-cuts define the bend line and reduce the effort required. Depending on the part and angle, bending can be done by hand, on the edge of a workbench, with bending pliers, or using a vise. No press brake needed.
The DASHED line precisely guides the bend and reduces the required effort. The final angle remains controlled by the user.
Cut + pre-bent by 4A Metal
We cut and form the parts in our workshop. You receive the elements already bent, but still unassembled: assembly and welding remain your responsibility.

Important — precision & assembly
Bending marks (engraved or DASHED depending on the chosen option) are indicated on the provided plan. A clamp may be useful to hold certain parts during assembly.
Positioning, tacking, welding, and finishing allow you to obtain the final geometry of the sculpture.

Why as a kit?
We deliver the sheet metal cut and unassembled to significantly reduce transport costs, allow for a personalized finish, and offer a more accessible price than an assembled sculpture.
Two material options are available: raw steel, which you can paint, varnish, or powder coat yourself depending on the desired look, or Corten steel, which naturally develops its protective rust patina without treatment.
The kit is ideal for welders, metalworkers, artists, experienced DIYers, decorators, and businesses.
