Cut — easy folding
Dashed micro-cuts
Small, discontinuous laser micro-cuts define the fold line and reduce the necessary effort. Depending on the part and angle, folding can be done by hand, on the edge of a workbench, with bending pliers, or using a vise. No press brake required.
The DASHED method precisely guides the fold line and reduces the effort required. The final angle remains under the user's control.
Cut + pre-folded by 4A Metal
We cut and form the parts in our workshop. You receive the elements already folded, but still unassembled: assembly and welding remain your responsibility.

Folding marks (engraved or DASHED depending on the chosen option) are indicated on the provided plan. A clamp may be useful for holding certain parts during assembly.
Positioning, tack welding, welding, and finishing help achieve the final geometry of the sculpture.

Why a kit?
We ship the cut sheet metal unassembled in order to significantly reduce transport costs, allow for a personalized finish, and offer a much more accessible price than an assembled sculpture.
Two material options are available: raw steel, which you can paint, varnish, or powder-coat yourself according to the desired look, or Corten steel, which naturally develops its protective rust patina without treatment.
The kit is ideal for welders, metalworkers, artists, experienced DIYers, decorators, and businesses.
